Evan Noonan, a sophomore at Dana Hills High in California, won the CIF Southern Section Division 3 boys cross country title at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif. Noonan covered the 2.93-mile layout in 15:03.7 to lead the Dolphins to their first boys team championship since capturing the Division 1 crown in 2009 with an 89-125 victory against Moorpark.
