Evan Noonan, a sophomore at Dana Hills High in California, won the Division 2 titles in the boys 1,600 and 3,200 meters at the CIF Southern Section finals at Moorpark High. Noonan clocked 4:10.69 in the 1,600 and ran 8:59.06 in the 3,200.
